Young Vegans came to life in 2015, it was birthed by Marco and Carla Casadei. They tried out a few different cuisines before realising that what London’s Vegans actually needed was a good, cruelty free version of the British classic, Pie and Mash. Since that moment they have delivered some creative and, of course, extremely delicious flavours of pie which have received overwhelmingly positive feedback – being featured in articles from The Guardian to Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. Young Vegans pride themselves as activists providing food for vegans and non-vegans alike, so everyone can know how tasty vegan food is. They make all of their own pies from scratch, including their seitan, cheese and pastry! Typical favourites are the Seitan and Ale pie or the Gluten Free Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mud Pie for dessert.
