Right in the heart of Slow Motion is our circus-style big top tent, Witness the Fitness. Hosting a whole range of free yoga and fitness daily from 9am -7pm, there will be trusty favourites for our daily exercisers as well as something new for you to try too.
Witness the Fitness is the place to re-centre and let go, sweat out the night before, gather yourself back together, or to energise on the way back out.
We’ve got your festival faves back for another year with Groove Om offering up glitter-fueled yoga with deep house, SuperFoxx presenting their yoga recharge and Pip & Eugene hosting an extended acro yoga session. There’ll also be new acts for you to welcome with open arms such as Tantra Yoga… raised eyebrows? Raised blood pressure?!
Need something to calm and re-centre yourself? How about vibrating to a hypnotizing gong bath, meditative drumming or trying your hand at Stress Box – mindful boxing? And keep your eyes peeled for Rob Da Bank himself who’ll be joining in with some Yoga Nidra to boost his energy levels across the weekend.
Do you just fancy getting sweaty and starting the party early (this is Bestival, the party never really stops)? Then you need to come along to Lycra and it’s 80’s Jane Fonda Party who’ll be ramping things up with their leg warmers and sexy struts.
