The Great British Sausage Co

In 2005, after years of going to music festivals and being disappointed with the quality of sausages on offer, David Nye set out with a mission: to make British sausages great again. After learning how to make sausages at his local butcher’s shop, he set out with Fat Pam the Sausage Van and a barbeque, taking the traditional sausage to people in every corner of the British Isles.

Twelve years later and we’re still touring the country with our menu of five award-winning sausages and hearty hog roasts. But we’ve also taken it one step further and the sausages that you know and love from the festival scene are now available at sausage shops, where our story continues.
