Milgi is a recognised plant based restaurant of ten years conceived by two arty Welsh sisters Gabrielle & Rebecca back in 2006. They promote a slow living lifestyle and a connection back tonature through food which they make nourishing but, with a firm focus on everyday eating. Their aim is to bring plant based food to the masses which they achieve by creating delicious, inspiring, satisfying plates that everybody can enjoy.

Milgi are part of The Feast Collective at Bestival, a food lovers’ haven celebrating exceptional food innovators from across the UK.
