Le Bao serve at street food markets, summer festivals, private catering gigs and have done several pub and restaurant pop ups across London. They will be opening their own restaurant very soon!
Their staple is the bao bun – and they bring a modern flare to the traditional Asian sensation. Their pork belly bun won the 2016 Best Sandwich Award at the British Street Food Awards and they were also shortlisted for best stall at the UK Festival Awards 2016. Le Bao’s food is inspired by techniques and ingredients we have collected during their travels in Asia, Europe and Latin America.
