Oysters on Wheels from the fields and the sea’s of the south west. Inspired by our love of seafood and french style market dining, our mission is to bring delicious, sustainable and local gourmet food to festivals and markets around the UK. A simple family run set up, we work from our electric rickshaw, selling simple fresh arrangement’s served with eccentric style.
Our menu includes Oysters, served with homemade cider vinagrette, artizan bread / Pan fried scallops with samphire and roasted cherry tomato’s / Smoked mackerel open sourdough sandwhich with wild garlic mayo and herb salad / Slow cooked squid and chorizo stew, garlic aioli, crusty bread. Also available are Beks’ special chocolate salted caramel brownies served with raw jersey cream for those with a sweeter tooth!
