Setting down at Bestival for a very special exclusive acoustic set we welcome scouse dynamos The Coral.
Blasting onto the scene with 2002's self titled debut The Coral were a breath of fresh air in the stale world of pop and single 'Dreaming of You' was quite frankly astonishing.
Always prolific, the band followed their debut with the even stronger and certainly more mature 'Magic and Medicine' which helped establish them as one of the mainstays of the UK alternative scene.
They've gone on to influence many an aspiring band (not least Arctic Monkeys) and in 2005 released what most see as the band's masterpiece 'The Invisible Invasion' an album of pop gems that spawned their most successful single to date 'In The Morning'
After touring the album non-stop for well over a year the band returned back to basics and last year saw the release of the magnificent 'Roots and Echoes', an album that proves, if indeed proof were needed just how special and unique a band The Coral really are.
For 6 years now The Coral have reshaped British music with the their stunning brand of psychedelic, country rock and even the odd sea shanty and we invite you to witness this genius in what promises to be a very special rare acoustic performance by the band.
