Bollywood Bar
The Bollywood Bar is the brainchild of Bestival art director Josie da Bank and her best mate Natasha Hill. The sumptuous interior of the bar has been hand-stitched in India to Josie's detailed designs and is jaw-droppingly beautiful! The interior is also furnished with chandeliers while outside the lawn is bedecked with day beds and the ever-popular silk umbrellas. And with the best festie cocktails known to man and woman and some of the hottest DJs on the planet, the Bollywood Bar has been the meeting hub of the festival since its inception.
In 2008 there will once again be two Bollywood Tents! Side by side and interconnecting. One will be the cocktail bar where you'll be able to pick up georgous creations like the Bollywood Banger, Hot Bengali Buttered Rum, Pommegranite Breeze, Monsoon Mojito and the Peach & Lychee Bellini. And the other will, of course, feature the DJs and the get-down-and-get-on-it dancefloor!
