They debut at Bestival in the Knees Up Tent to celebrate these astonishing accomplishments with a series of ‘gigs’.

THE LORRAINE BOWEN EXPERIENCE Known as “The Queen of Casio”, Lorraine performs with high voltage energy all her own material; high camp eccentric comedy and loveable, unforgettable songs in a dazzling array of exotic costumes, playing the keyboard with every available part of her anatomy! 5 albums and quirky hits worldwide, she has a Youtube site full of great live moments! And by day - Come to the Knees Up Tent and experience Lorraine’s singing workshops - a fun fancy dress edutainment slot where you’ll learn to project yourself, head for the lowest and highest notes in your range and have a chance of singing “tongues, tongues and testicles” with an enthusiastic crowd.

Friday & Saturday night sees GLOBOLOCO back to melt the Knees Up with another scorching selection of global grooves, shaking out some carnival flavours to get you in the mood for Bestival madness. From Calypso to Bashment, Balkans to Barbados, Africa to Columbia, Hip-hop to Hi-Life, Old Skool to Nu Skool, they’ll be serving up a delicious cocktail of sounds for your heart body and soul.

GLAMOUTRONS – a hot messy mix of Gay Bingo and Sink The Pink, Sunday night’s alt-drag tranny take over with show–stopping routines, disco beats and sounds of the sleazy underground courtesy of Tranny superstars Jonny Woo, Jon Sizzle, Ma Butcher and more.
