Jeremy Duffy (Duffstep) brings us back to the deep, the spacey, the atmospheric, the groove. Imagine Blockhead’s, Fly Lo’s, Fingathing’s, Mount Kimbie’s and Von D's sound, slightly reduce the beat to the soulful side, add synths and mid/heavy weighted bass and you're almost there.

Duffstep has just released his debut EP which is a three-track sampler of 'Getting To Sirius', the forthcoming album released on Join The Dots in February 2011. Before that Saigon Recordings released 'You Know / More Lie's' with FWD.DJ and Juno Plus naming it the best Dubstep track of the year so far and Electric Minds will be releasing 'Close' in the next few weeks.

To compliment these releases Duffstep has been grinding away working on a Live AV spectacular with Rebel Overlay, one of the UK's highest flying VJs. They have put together what can only be described as a visual-sound clash of almighty proportions. Imagine sternum crushing beats accompanied by one off bespoke visuals, really big, really loud and very, very special indeed. His DJ sets are also something to get excited about, with recent performances alongside some of the biggest names in electronic music, Flying Lotus, Martyn, Kode 9 and King Midas Sound to name a few.
