Musical explorer, cut and paste king, Mad Decent Records head honcho and all round genius DJ are just a few of the talents bestowed on the mighty Diplo.

From his legendary Hollertronix nights in Philadelphia, Diplo has set out on a musical journey that's taken in remixing everyone from Bloc Party to The Beatles, producing his own stunning artist albums and unleashing the likes of M.I.A. and Bonde De Role into our worlds.

While his DJing style is difficult to pin down it takes in influences from '80s pop, hip hop, house, electro, dancehall and miami bass to create a cauldron of beats, grooves, samples and funk unrivalled by any other DJ working today, a true innovator and originator, when Diplo brought his Mad Decent Soundsystem to rip up Bestival 2009 the night was truly legendary, so expect more of the same and a little more as the man lands at this years festival.
